Please note that all products sold and delivered by PHOTOOLS are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once the purchase is complete and the item is delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Non-Returnable Scenarios

To maintain fairness and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges in the following cases: ● The product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse. ● The product has been used, altered, or tampered with in any way. ● The issue is reported after 48 hours from the time of delivery. ● The return is made without original packaging or invoice. ● The request is based on a change of mind, preference, or incorrect order placed by the customer.

Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. PHOTOOLS does not provide in-house warranty services, but we are happy to guide you through the process of claiming warranty support.
